The main pressure components are: upper header, lower header, and water pipe. Water pipes are usually arranged in two circles, inside and outside, with finned tubes tightly arranged in a row. To reduce the weakening coefficient of the perforated bridge and make the heating surface layout compact, the water pipe was manufactured using automatic submerged arc welding technology at both ends of the pipe mouth, and then welded to the upper and lower headers.
