The measuring instrument and the equipped digestion instrument are both touch screen operated. The product has built-in applications such as water quality analysis, data query, data export, and guided detection mode. It can measure four items: COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen (items can be freely combined and selected).

The determination of total phosphorus is based on GB 11893-89 "Determination of total phosphorus in water quality - Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method"
The determination of total nitrogen is based on the alkaline persulfate digestion photometric method
