The machine adopts a specially designed filling valve and a high-power vacuum pump to ensure consistent liquid level after filling.
During filling, the bottle mouth is sealed and liquid flows down the bottle wall, effectively controlling the foam caused by liquid impact during filling and preventing liquid overflow.
The machine has variable speed regulation, fast filling speed, overload protection device, bottle jamming shutdown, soft start during startup, and adopts elastic bottle support device to reduce bottle damage.
The adjustment of filling volume relies on adjusting the gasket on the filling valve, which is convenient and fast.
The filling range of this machine is large, and the filling volume can be adjusted between 100-1500 milliliters.
Suitable for a wide range of bottle heights, adjustable between 180-380 millimeters. (Customization is available beyond the scope)
The main sealing components are made of imported silicone, and the main parts are made of 304 stainless steel that meets food hygiene standards.
The filling valve is easy to disassemble and easy to clean.
16 head, 24 head and above filling machines are equipped with adjustable bottle feeding screws, making bottle feeding smoother.
