Processing technology

The fan impeller is made of galvanized steel plate, produced by molds, and formed by biting or riveting. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater thanG4.6Grade.

The fan casing is made of high-quality aluminum zinc coated steel plate, folded and formed by CNC bending machine, and assembled with self tapping screws connected to the inlet and outlet flanges for easy disassembly and assembly. The soundproof fan casing is covered with soundproof cotton.
