This unit is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. It has various properties such as air cooling and no screen, and is not limited by material viscosity, hardness, or fibers, which can achieve good crushing effect on any material. Especially suitable for crushing Chinese medicinal materials with fibers and materials with certain oiliness.
　　Working principle
The machine consists of a feeding hopper, crushing blades, ring gears, crushing motor, discharge port, fan blades, aggregate box, vacuum box, and other parts. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The distance between the grading wheel and the grading disc is adjusted to achieve the required material fineness. Alternatively, a single piece wide worm wheel and a fixed ring gear screen ring can be used to reduce the surface width of the material that is impacted, sheared, and rubbed. At the same time, the worm wheel generates a strong airflow when rotating at high speed, which quickly flows the heat and material from the crushing chamber out of the screen. The particle size can be controlled by replacing the screen to determine that the high-speed rotating fan blades lead the required material from the crushing chamber to the bag of the aggregate box. However, this does not meet the requirements. The materials continue to be crushed in the crushing room, and the dust generated by the collection box bag is collected by the vacuum cleaner, The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standard, with a simple structure, easy operation and cleaning, low noise, high output, and all machines are made of high-quality stainless steel materials. There is no dust flying during the crushing process.
