The pollutants in sewage are divided into dissolved organic matter and insoluble substances (i.e. SS)）Under certain conditions, dissolved organic matter can be converted into non solvable substances. One of the methods for wastewater treatment is to add coagulants and flocculants to convert most of the dissolved organic matter into non solvable substances, and then convert all or most of the non solvable substances (i.e. SS)）The main method for removing SS is to use air flotation to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage.

CXQLIt is the process of air flotation generated by air. The aerator directly injects "microbubbles" into the sewage without the need for prior air dissolution, and then evenly distributes them in the sewage through precision cast stainless steel diffuser impellers, so there will be no blockage. Untreated sewage first enters the aeration and inflation section, and is fully mixed with the "microbubbles". In the process of rising, the "microbubbles" bring suspended solids to the water surface. The scraper moves along the liquid surface, scraping suspended solids onto a tilted metal plate, and then pushing them into the sludge discharge pipeline. The purified sewage will pass through the overflow tank under the inclined plate before discharge. The overflow tank is used to control the water level of the air flotation tank, ensuring that the liquid in the tank does not flow into the sludge discharge pipeline.

The open reflux pipeline extends from the aeration section along the bottom of the air flotation tank. At the same time as generating microbubbles, the aerator forms a negative pressure zone at the bottom of the tank with a return pipe. This negative pressure effect causes water to flow back from the bottom of the tank to the aeration zone, and then back to the air flotation section. A one-way valve is installed on the return pipe to prevent sewage entering the aeration tank directly from the return pipe without treatment. The entire process ensures that air flotation continues without any inflow. Small flocs or small parts of SS that have not been removed in the previous processTurbidity, partial BOD， COD， Wait until it can be pumped into the filter column for removal, and the packing (quartz sand) inside the filter column is mixed with backwash water. The water flowing out of the filter column is pumped into the adsorption column through a water pump. The columnar activated carbon inside the adsorption column (packed with backwash water) can not only adsorb difficult to decompose organic matter, further reduce BOD, COD, SS, etc., but also decolorize and deodorize the wastewater, ultimately making the wastewater reusable or discharge up to standard.
