Ochemate GPF8112 pre-treatment enhancer is an efficient composite product composed of the world's advanced HTS platform. This product is an excellent liquid pretreatment enhancer for reverse osmosis membrane system pretreatment. It can destabilize, aggregate, and settle organic colloids, inorganic particles, organic solutes, etc. through electrical neutralization and bridging effects. It is usually added before the multi-media filter to improve the removal effect of the multi-media filter on organic colloids, inorganic particles, organic solutes, etc., greatly reducing the phenomenon of organic matter fouling on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane. This product, when used in conjunction with Ochemate scale inhibitor, can effectively improve the operational efficiency of reverse osmosis systems. It has a wide pH range, large floc formation, fast settling speed, and is suitable for RO reverse osmosis pretreatment systems with medium and low turbidity; This product is non-toxic, highly safe, and can be used in the process of purifying drinking water; Suitable for various wastewater and reclaimed water treatment processes in metallurgy, power, textile, papermaking, oil fields, etc.
Usage
Put the Ochemate GPF8112 flocculant into the dosing bucket (box), and dilute it with water according to the actual situation (generally recommended to dilute it to a 4% aqueous solution. If there is a small amount of settling during the dilution process, shake well and it will not affect the product performance). Use a metering pump to continuously add the agent before the pretreatment system. The concentration of the original solution added is generally 0.5-10.0mg/l VS the inlet water volume. Too low or too high dosage is detrimental to the flocculation process, and the dosage should be minimized as much as possible while achieving optimal results. The precise dosage should be determined after small-scale testing based on the system process, water quality, and on-site operating conditions. Ochemate GPF8112 flocculant is only compatible with Ochemate CP series scale inhibitors. When used in conjunction with other brand products, compatibility testing is required. If not compatible, it can cause condensation reactions when used simultaneously, leading to severe membrane fouling.
