Overview
The high-temperature pipeline pump adopts advanced models and can withstand temperatures up to 240 degrees Celsius. Excellent performance can be achieved in special environments such as boilers and heating cycles.
The GRG high-temperature pipeline pump adopts excellent domestic hydraulic models and utilizes the performance parameters of the IS type single-stage single suction centrifugal pump. It is ingeniously combined and designed on the basis of a general vertical pump. At the same time, suitable hot water and high-temperature pumps are derived from the SG type based on different operating temperatures, media, etc. The GRG type vertical high-temperature pipeline pump has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance, and meets the latest national standard requirements of JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery. The product is designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard.

GRG high-temperature pipeline pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as boilers, bathrooms, hotels, and other industries for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban housing heating circulation pumps, with operating temperatures below 240 ℃.

Characteristics of GRG High Temperature Pipeline Pump
1. The GRG high-temperature pipeline pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the long axis of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The centrifugal pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. The installation and maintenance of GRG high-temperature pipeline pumps are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. The series or parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
Working conditions of GRG high-temperature pipeline pump
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that our factory can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
