By sensing changes in downstream pressure through a pilot valve and controlling the opening of the main valve disc, the purpose of controlling flow is achieved. The main feature of this product is the absence of orifice plates, which saves pressure difference and energy, maintains the predetermined flow rate unchanged, and limits excessive flow to a predetermined value. Reduce upstream high pressure to downstream low pressure and have a cut-off function. Pressure gauges are installed at the inlet and outlet for easy debugging. This product is an ideal product for flow control.

Working principle and purpose

The outlet pressure of the main valve can be set by the pilot valve according to actual needs. After the outlet pressure is determined, the flow rate at the outlet can be set by a flow regulator. In this state, the main valve disc transmits pressure through the conduit control system, mimicking the action of the pilot valve. When the downstream pressure is lower than the set value of the pilot valve, the main valve disc moves upward to reach the flow rate value set by the flow regulator. When the downstream pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve, that is, when the inlet pressure increases, the main valve disc will automatically close slightly to maintain the same outlet flow rate. The export flow rate will not increase due to the increase in import pressure.
