Due to the high working level of the garbage grab crane and the characteristics of the crane itself, it has brought great challenges to the stable and reliable operation of the system. A crane handling system consisting of two garbage grab cranes (one working and one backup) is used to complete tasks such as garbage feeding, stacking, mixing, moving, and breaking in the garbage incineration power plant. Overview of Electronic Control System for Garbage Grab Crane:The electric control system of the crane adopts advanced "touch screen+PLC+variable frequency speed regulation" control scheme at home and abroad, realizing comprehensive monitoring, automatic control and high-precision speed regulation functions of the whole machine. The weighing display device is located in the driver's cab and is used to display, count, and record various parameters of the feeding process. The weighing accuracy is 1%, and it is transmitted to the control room through a signal line. The control room microcomputer measures and prints reports for historical inquiry.
