It is very convenient to adjust the rotation direction of the bent pipe drive head according to the complex geometric shape of the bent pipe. (i.e. left hand rotation direction or right hand rotation direction).
The bending die can be quickly and flexibly replaced according to the size of the pipe.
A fast and accurate hydraulic system is an important factor in ensuring the efficiency of continuous pipe bending operations.
The chuck used to fix the pipe can achieve precise adjustment.
Through the new X2X interface, the SPS control system can store 500 bend angle data, as well as up to 50 consecutive data including displacement dimensions, spatial rotations, etc. on a single pipe.
The database also contains 100 reference data for monitoring the elastic deformation of different materials.
There are two bending operation modes configured for this machine:
Simple bending mode: The displacement and spatial reversal of the pipe will be automatically displayed.
Monitoring bend pipe "mode: The stored bend pipe data will be compared with a fixed nominal/measured data comparison system in the bend pipe. This can eliminate positioning errors that exceed the tolerance range. Therefore, the related error rates can be minimized.
All error messages will be displayed on the screen.
The core shaft can be programmed to be recycled in advance after completing a certain bend angle.
