Product Description
GA-6 Geely Audio Automatic Screening DeviceProvide reliable separation of fine particulate materials and dry powder particles ranging from 20 (850 μ m) to 5 μ m. The test profile is completely customizable, with consistent and reproducible values even for the most difficult materials. AutoSiver is designed and manufactured in the United States to meet CE requirements.
3600 energy pulses per minute are generated by an audio energy source to oscillate the air column enclosed within the sieve stack. This stirring stimulates and continuously redirects the particles to the mesh surface. Tapping is programmed into each unit to clear the sieve and prevent the formation of lumps in the material. This feature can be programmed to be horizontal and vertical, vertical, or completely turned off.
The testing time can vary depending on the material type and particle size. Five minutes is typical, but some samples can be completed within thirty seconds. The control of strength, slope, and retention ensures a fully customizable configuration file for the total testing time. Up to ten configuration files can be saved in non-volatile memory to ensure the repeatability of similar materials.
The operation time can be set to 99.9 minutes. The screening intensity (amplitude) is selected using a proportional power controller. The slope function automatically increases the programming speed to optimize the separation of difficult materials.
AutoSiver holds a seven 3-inch braided wire ASTM E-11 acrylic frame test sieve or a three 3-inch STM E161 precision electroplated nickel mesh sieve in a fixed height stacked assembly. The fine is collected in a flexible latex collector. The latex diaphragm at the top of the sieve plate seals the air column during the testing process. The entire sieve stack is fixed with column locks, inserted into the backlight testing room, and quickly fixed in place for testing. The cabinet is made of powder coated steel with sliding acrylic doors. Closed operations reduce dust and help limit and control inhalable particulate matter in the air within the breathing zone of personnel.
