Process flow:
Ingredients: Weigh and prepare various materials according to the pot.
Mixing: Use a vertical elevator to lift the weighed material and add it to the wet granulation machine. Start the machine and mix it. After mixing, it will be automatically discharged into the feeding tank or directly input into the boiling drying bed.
Granulation: Wet material is added to the swing granulator for granulation, and the granules are automatically drawn into the boiling drying bed under its own negative pressure.
Drying: Wet particles automatically enter the boiling bed for drying. After drying, the material is automatically discharged from the boiling drying bed outlet with air and loaded into a material bucket for later use.
Sieve: Dry particles are sieved and stored in buckets. Particles that need to be whole do not need to be sieved.
Total mixing: Use a vacuum feeder to feed the material into the total mixing tank for total mixing, then load it into barrels for later use.
Equipment Description:
1. The traditional granulation and drying process involves setting up each equipment in a separate purification room, and the materials are rotated back and forth in multiple purification rooms, which cannot avoid secondary pollution. The large-scale capsule granulation connection equipment adopts a closed conveying method, ensuring that the granulation and drying processes are completed in the same purification chamber, eliminating human secondary pollution, making the granulation and drying processes more scientific and reasonable, reducing equipment space occupation, and making the production process more in line with GMP requirements.
2. Users can match corresponding models of equipment based on actual production and dosage forms to achieve the optimal and reasonable configuration of production before and after the process, ensuring the continuity and stability of production.
3. Through the human-machine interface control system, the process data of wet granulation and boiling drying granulation dryers can be stored, collected, and printed separately. By controlling the parameter settings and monitoring of multiple devices through a control cabinet, all parameters can be graded and modified, and multi-level passwords can be set through corresponding levels. The main menu of the control system can reflect real-time equipment failure situations and alarm records, fully automate the production process, and ensure the stability of the process.
4. Fully demonstrate the respective equipment advantages of wet granulation machine and horizontal boiling drying granulation machine. The combination of wet granulation machine and dry granulation machine with the system can ensure a high granulation yield.
5. The vacuum feeding device and the sequence lifting device have high automation production conditions, using automated and mechanized production lines to replace traditional manual operations, reducing labor intensity and dust pollution.
