As an electrode material, graphite powder should have the characteristics of narrow particle size distribution and high tap density. Graphite processed by general processing methods such as airflow crushing or vibration grinding is usually in the form of crushed stone structure, with uneven particle size, irregular shape, sharp edges, and low tap density, which is difficult to meet the above requirements. To this end, our company has independently developed a graphite spheroidization production line through research on crushing technology, which can automatically process graphite into spherical or nearly spherical particle shapes, while effectively collecting a large amount of dust generated during the production process.

The processing plan for spherical graphite generally consists of three parts: feeding system, crushing system, air mesh, and aggregate system. The crushing system generally consists of multiple ZWJ60 ZWJ-50 crushing systems with WFJ-260 and ZWJ30 with WFJ230 crushing and grading systems. The material is continuously and stably fed into one or more ZWJ60 crusher systems through the feeding system for coarse crushing, and then subjected to multiple crushing, grading, and dispersion by ZWJ50 with WFJ260 and ZWJ-30 with WFJ-230 systems to achieve graphite spheroidization. The tailings and finished products generated by each system can be collected uniformly through the air mesh system and aggregate system. The centralized discharge points of the entire system save human resources and effectively control dust pollution in the workshop. The emissions of equipment in each system can be flexibly adjusted according to actual requirements. By changing the hose emissions, it is easy to adjust the number of 60, 50, and 30 units in the same group.
