Pre press technology for corrugated cardboard (traditional plate making)
1. The color original is processed into monochrome through electronic color separation, and then a film (shadow film) is produced;
2. Back exposure: Expose the back of the plate with ultraviolet light to form the base of the printing plate;
3. Main exposure: Remove the protective film on the front of the plate, place a negative image and cover it with a vacuum film. After vacuuming, use ultraviolet light for main exposure to transfer the content of the negative image to the printing plate;
4. Plate washing: Wash the plate with a solution in the plate washing machine to remove the unexposed resin on the plate, forming a textured printing plate.
5. Drying:
6. Debinding: Exposure to ultraviolet light source;
7. Post exposure: Hardness adjustment.
