Grinding prototype accessory bowl
Material bowl: also known as mortar or grinding disc. It is a grinder that grinds coarse materials into fine powder. When working, place the material bowl into the slot of the sample grinder or vibration grinder. The machine is an eccentric vibration type, and after working for 3-5 minutes, the material reaches 80-300 mesh, which is directly used for testing. It is currently a widely used method for preparing material samples in laboratories.
The material bowl is the main tool for grinding material samples. The main materials for the bowl are carbon steel, high manganese steel, wear-resistant alloys, tungsten carbide, agate, and so on.
Tungsten carbide bowl - Introduction
The blank is sintered from tungsten cobalt powder and then ground with a diamond grinding wheel to produce the finished product. Unlike the hard alloy cutting head material in mechanical processing, its material needs to have high hardness, high wear resistance, and high impact resistance. To adapt to working conditions. Pure tungsten carbide powder cannot be shaped, and cobalt must be added to sinter and form it. The higher the content of tungsten carbide, the higher the hardness of the bowl, but the strength decreases and becomes brittle. So we need to choose an appropriate proportion. Although the material bowl has high hardness and good wear resistance, it is still not allowed to be dropped or knocked. Proper use can improve the service life of the material bowl. When loading, the sample should be evenly distributed in the solid core block, circular ring, and the middle of the bowl wall. In order to avoid unnecessary wear, please try to avoid the tungsten carbide material bowl from spinning over the crusher. The outer surface of the tungsten carbide bowl is covered with a steel sleeve, which is not afraid of bumps. Use sealing rings to prevent powder from escaping, even if there is slight wear on the bowl during the grinding process and it falls into the powder, it will not cause sample contamination. To avoid cross contamination between samples, it is recommended to use one tungsten carbide bowl for each sample as much as possible. For coarse material crushing, chromium steel or manganese steel bowls can be used, and tungsten carbide bowls should be used for those that require no iron element contamination.
The quality is as follows: Content: WC 85.5% Co14.5%; Hardness: 87.5 HRA; Density: 14.1g/cm3 Bending strength: 2080Mpa
Structural form: The material bowl belongs to the embedded structure.
Tungsten carbide bowl; The use of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for material composition analysis is renowned for its speed and high accuracy. Especially the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for powder sampling is widely used in the field of material composition analysis. The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer requires a powder fineness of 200-400 mesh (0.074 mm) to avoid errors caused by powder particle effects in analysis.
How to achieve the ideal crushing effect of the machine during use? If the crushing time is too long, the sample will become sticky and the temperature of the material bowl will increase significantly. If the time is too short, the crushing fineness cannot be achieved. In order to obtain the best crushing effect, users can adjust the crushing time according to the vibration frequency of the crusher. The pollution sources adhering to the surface of the material bowl cannot be ignored. Before formally crushing the sample, one or more waste samples should be removed as much as possible (commonly known as brushing the pot).
In order to match different types of sample crushers from different production areas, tungsten carbide material bowls with various external dimensions such as ф 155, ф 183, and ф 195 can be customized.
Agate material bowl - Introduction
Agate mortar is made from high-quality agate stone as raw material, and the products include agate mortar (milk bowl), agate ball, agate grinding jar, etc. The product has the characteristics of high smoothness, acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, and high hardness.
Characteristics of agate mortar:
1. The product is carefully crafted using pure agate stone as raw material
2. Exquisite workmanship, elegant appearance, no cracks, no impurities, strong wear resistance.
3. The product has high glossiness and smoothness, strong corrosion resistance, and can be used in acidic grinding materials.
4. After grinding, there will be no milk bowl substance mixed into the ground material.
Quality appraisal standard: There are no cracks or inclusions inside the product, and a crack is allowed within one-third of the depth from the inner mouth to the center. This product is made of agate stone and allows for the presence of external marks.
Application field: Mainly used for laboratory crushing and grinding materials that require high cleanliness and purity. Widely used in industries such as electronics, food, medicine, chemical engineering, scientific research, metallurgy, geology, petroleum, ceramics, etc.
Scope of application materials
1. Ultra hard material micro powder, such as diamond grinding wheel abrasive micro powder.
2. Electronic micro powders, such as semiconductor micro powders, polycrystalline silicon micro powders, and fluorescent powders.
3. Resin micro powder.
4. Food micro powder, such as coffee powder.
5. Pharmaceutical micro powder.
6. Chemical micro powder, such as iodine micro powder.
When in use, place the material into the agate material bowl and cover it tightly. Put it into the slot of the sample grinder, press it tightly with the clamping mechanism, cover the machine cover, lock it, start the machine, and grind the material to a fineness of 80-200 mesh in 3-5 minutes. According to user requirements, 1-8 samples can be ground at once.
The specifications are 100g, 200g, and 300g.
The external dimensions include a diameter of 152 millimeters, 183 millimeters, and 195 millimeters.
There is also a manual agate mortar, where materials are placed into the bowl and manually ground with a grinding rod.
