【Monitoring interfaceKey function】

If the text corresponding to the function key does not appear in the right area of the screen, The function key is invalid or unavailable in the current interface.

Cancel button (such as⑥ When the display module is in the monitoring interface, this button does not work.
When currently in the configuration interface, press this button to return to the [Monitoring] interface. When currently in the working parameter learning interface, press this button to return to the [Configuration] interface.

Monitoring main interface 】
The instrument starts and enters the 'Monitoring' interface, which includes displays of waveform, power ratio, working status, and settings for reference lines, duration, etc.
The working modes of the machine tool are divided into automatic and manual. When the working mode is automatic, the working state is controlled by the machine tool CNC and cannot be manually changed. At this time, the button [Trim/Grind] is hidden.
Since the operation in automatic mode is simpler than that in manual mode, we will focus on the operation in manual mode, while automatic mode will only be emphasized when necessary.
Baseline correction
When machining workpieces on machine tools, changes in the machine tool system environment may cause baseline drift (the basic power of the machine tool will change from startup to stable operation, and once it runs for a period of time, it will remain at a certain power level),
This will affect the working results of GM3000.
This button can automatically adjust the baseline to achieve more accurate work results.


【Settings interface】
Press this button to enter the [Configuration] interface, where you can easily set system parameters.
Including learning of working parameters, setting of rated power, setting of signal effective time, selection of current working number, setting of startup stability time, etc.
Reference Line 1
This button can be used to set the value of reference line 1.

【Anti collision alarm】
When the working power ratio of the machine tool reaches the collision line value (i.e. 65%) in this interface, a collision occurs, and the sensor module outputs a collision signal to the machine tool CNC.
The "C" appears under the currently observed sensor module in the sensor summary information area (representing a collision with the currently monitored sensor module).
The current power ratio in the detailed information area of the sensor is 65% (i.e. the value of the collision line).
Shutdown
After the sensor module shuts down, there is no power value reached, and there is no waveform in the detailed information area of the sensor at this time.

【Setting of system parameters】
Including: rated power setting, signal effective time setting, selection of current working number, startup stability time setting, etc.

【 Rated power setting】
Press the [OK] button to monitor the sensor module according to the currently set parameters.
The machine tool has six job numbers to choose from, ranging from 1 # to 6 #. You can select the current job number based on the current machining status of the machine tool.
All settings and learning information of work parameters are saved in each work account. After switching work accounts, the system will work according to the saved settings.
In the application, different job numbers can be set according to different processing programs. When a certain processing process needs to be executed,
You can directly retrieve the relevant job number without having to redo the learning of job parameters and other related settings.

【Learning of grinding state parameters】
Sensor DetailsThe area displays the working status as grinding or trimming (this interface is for grinding); Execution steps (here is the first step: empty load); Job numbers 1 # to 6 # (here 2 #); Suggestion.
Press the 'Start' button to start monitoring the sensor module for idle learning.

【Learning of work parameters】
Sensor DetailsThe zone displays the values of the learned work line, where the baseline value is obtained from idle learning. The value of the work line is the maximum power during the machining process of the workpiece.
Press the [Start] button to start learning the working parameters when processing the workpiece. Press the 【 Previous 】 button to return to the 【 Idle Learning 】 interface by pressing the sensor module.
Press the [Cancel] button to exit the [Working Parameter Learning] interface of the sensor module and enter the [Configuration] interface.

Anti collision sensitivity setting interface
The left image is a part taken from Figure 39, and its height scale is set by arrows [↑] and [↓], which determine the collision line,
It calculates the large cutting range (cutting range=working line baseline) based on the values recorded in idle learning and working learning,
Based on a fixed multiple of the maximum cutting range. The higher the cutting range, the higher the sensitivity, and the lower the cutting range, the lower the sensitivity.
Abnormal situation and its maintenance
1) When powered on, the red power indicator light of the sensor does not light up.
Suggestion: Check if the connection circuit is correct, if the 24V switch power module is supplying power normally, if the 24V power supply wiring is reversed, and if the power supply circuit is loose. If everything is normal, please contact the manufacturer.
2) Please refer to the following for handling power on self-test errors:
a) Collection error: Unable to collect data.
b) Power Error: Please enter the configuration and check the rated power setting. If the rated power setting is correct, please stop using GM3000.
c) Phase sequence connection error: Please check the correspondence between the current and voltage connections to ensure a one-to-one correspondence.
d) Error in current and voltage values: Please check if there are any omissions in the three-phase voltage and current connections; If the connection is correct, please stop using GM3000.
e) Sensor error: Check if the current and voltage connections are in place.
f) Learning matching error: Check if the grinding status has changed, and if so, relearn.
