[System Features]

Grouting sealing is currently one of the important technologies for preventing water inrush. In the past, relying solely on experience for operation often resulted in accidents where the sealing port was damaged by strong water pressure. To solve this problem, there is an urgent need for technology and equipment that can monitor the internal pressure displacement status and dynamic deformation characteristics of the grout in real-time during the grouting and water blocking process, in order to scientifically guide the grouting and sealing engineering and ensure the sealing effect. At present, there is a serious lack of automatic monitoring technology and equipment. Our company's developed dynamic monitoring system for grouting and sealing provides new water prevention and control equipment for coal mines.

[System Function]

◆ Grouting collection substation function:

(1) Acceleration, flow rate, flow rate, and water pressure data collection;

(2) Data temporary storage;

(3) Transmit data to the data communication substation through the CAN bus.


◆ Communication substation function:

(1) Convert the CAN bus data sent by the collection substation into fiber optic signals;

(2) Upload the signal to the ground communication control station.


1. Key technologies

The technical product of this project has the following characteristics compared to traditional systems:

(1) Integrated signal acquisition, display, and data transmission, real-time monitoring of changes in various parameters, facilitating timely understanding of hydrological data information.

(2) The data transmission adopts CAN bus mode, which has strong real-time data communication, good anti-interference ability, and long communication distance


2. Innovation point

The main technological innovations of this project are as follows:

(1) Structural innovation involves connecting the data collection substation in series with the drainage pipeline. The sensors inside the data collection substation detect various parameters in real time and send the data to the communication substation through the CAN bus, ensuring the real-time and accurate monitoring data.
