The IH chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, and its markings, rated performance points, and dimensions are equivalent to the international standard IS02858-1975 (E). It is determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump in energy-saving and updated chemical processes for transporting liquids with corrosive viscosity similar to water.
The temperature of the medium conveyed by the pump is generally -20 ℃~105 ℃. If necessary, appropriate cooling measures should be taken to increase the temperature of the medium conveyed.
The working pressure of the pump is designed to be 1.6MPa.
The performance range (design point) of this series of pumps is: flow rate of 6.3~400m3/h, head of 5~125m.
