The H-shaped XY slide table is a two axis slide table constructed from FSL40 series linear modules, which can achieve two-dimensional spatial motion. FSL40 has an open structure and uses a well-known Taiwanese brand screw rod to ensure C7 accuracy. It comes standard with a 57 phase stepper motor.
This module is a newly developed 40mm wide industrial grade linear module by Fuyu Technology. It has a compact and sturdy structure, smooth operation, waterproof and oil resistant. When paired with a controller, it can achieve high-precision linear motion control and can be customized in length to build a two axis and three-axis system, meeting industry needs.
Requirements for building an H-shaped sliding table
Y-axis: effective travel distance ≤ 1000MM
X-axis: effective travel ≤ 1000MM
Maximum load-bearing range: 10~20KG(Determine the maximum load based on specific usage, please contact customer service for consultation!)

- 2. The structure is simple, with only 13 components except for screws, making maintenance convenient.

- 4. The screw head and tail bearings are fixed, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
- 5. The flange is independent, easy to disassemble and assemble, and can quickly replace the motor
