Hongxin Fermentation Fluorescence Dissolved Oxygen Sensor adopts internationally leading fluorescence lifetime technology, RS-485 output, and supports MODBUS protocol. Compared with traditional polarographic oxygen sensors, it has many technical advantages such as no preheating, no electrolyte, no oxygen consumption, no generation, high accuracy, anti-interference, maintenance free, fast response, and more environmentally friendly. Acid and alkali resistant, capable of high-temperature disinfection, in compliance with CIP disinfection standards and steam disinfection standards.
measuring principle
The Yushan fluorescence method dissolved oxygen analyzer is based on the quenching principle of specific substances on active fluorescence in physics. The blue light emitted by a light-emitting diode (LED) shines on the fluorescent substance on the inner surface of the fluorescent cap. The fluorescent substance on the inner surface is excited and emits red light. By detecting the phase difference between the red and blue light and comparing it with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecules is calculated, and the final value is automatically compensated by temperature and pressure.
