HACH's GLI 3/4 inch composite pH/ORP electrode has multiple materials and installation methods, and can be applied to various environments that require pH and ORP measurement; Especially suitable for harsh environments such as municipal sewage and industrial wastewater that require frequent replacement of sensors.

Universal sensor
The universal sensor body is made of RytonR material, with 3/4-inch NPT threads on both ends. This sensor can be directly installed in a standard 3/4 inch tee pipe as a flow-through installation or fixed at the end of a pipe as a submerged installation. There are various materials available for three-way/immersion installation components to meet different application scenarios.
plug-in sensor
The plug-in sensor has a relatively long, unthreaded PVDF material body with two VitonR sealing rings, which provide a sealing effect when used with the Hash plug-in installation component. The insertion and extraction of electrodes into pipelines or containers do not require interruption of the process flow.
Sanitary sensor
The sanitary pH sensor has a PVDF body with a 316 stainless steel liner and a 2-inch flange. This sensor is compatible with a standard 2-inch three clip fitting. The optional Hash sanitary installation components include a standard 2-inch sanitary tee, sanitary clamping device, and VitonR sanitary washer
