| This production line is mainly used to produce a composite optical cable sleeve with a permanent solid lubricant (i.e. silicon core) on the inner wall, which is extruded from a mixture of polyethylene and silicone gel. Silicon core pipes have the good physical and mechanical properties of polyethylene pipes, such as high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance, and long service life. They also have the characteristics of low friction coefficient, fast cable threading, long one-time cable threading, and low construction cost. And it is equipped with various extrusion marks for easy construction and line inspection. It is another new type of optical cable sheath pipe after PVC flat wall pipe, double wall corrugated pipe, and porous pipe. It has been widely used in communication trunk engineering, highways, and railway construction, and is the preferred pipe material for underground communication optical cable sheaths. |
