Product Introduction of Thermostatic Water Bath Pot

Water bath vortex is mainly suitable for laboratories and laboratories in major universities, research enterprises and institutions, for distillation, drying, concentration and temperature soaking of various chemical samples and biological products. This water bath pot combines the advantages of a constant temperature water bath vortex. The inner pot is made of high-quality stainless steel welded and stamped, and the outer shell is coated with baking paint, which improves the overall anti-corrosion ability of the machine.

Usage and maintenance

1. Inject an appropriate amount of clean tap water or ordinary distilled water into the studio and place it in a container.

2. Connect the power, turn on the temperature control switch, and the display will transition from 99.9 to the actual temperature inside the instrument container. Press the "SET" button to make the digital tube to the right of the decimal point on the display flash. At this point, set the desired preset temperature and press ▲（ ↗) Increase the number, press ▼（ ↙) Reduced. Press the "SET" button again, and the data will be displayed as the actual temperature inside the instrument container. If the temperature of the instrument's inner container is significantly different from the displayed temperature, make the following adjustments: long press the "SET" button, when the display shows "E 1.5", release it (E 1.5 is the advance control, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory, do not adjust it by yourself), then press the "SET" button again, the number display will appear (there are no English letters at this time), press ▲（ ↗) Increase temperature, press ▼（ ↙) Reduce temperature (for example, if the actual temperature inside the instrument container is greater than the displayed temperature, ▲（ ↗) The deviation between the two is measured until calibration. Press the "SET" button again, and it will display "P 2.0" (P 2.0 is a proportional band that has been adjusted before leaving the factory, please do not adjust it yourself). Press' SET 'again to display the temperature inside the instrument container. The 'OUT' light indicates that the preset temperature is higher than the temperature inside the instrument and is in a heating state. (The temperature needs to be kept at a constant temperature to maintain the correct error)

3. If the water bath vortex is not used for a long time, the water in the vortex should be drained, wiped clean with a soft cloth, and dried.

4. Do not use the heater in the absence of water in the water bath vortex.

5. The three hole socket must be effectively grounded during the use of this product.
