1、 Super constant temperature circulating water bath structure

The shell of the super constant temperature water bath is made of metal plate, and the control box is directly installed on the water tank. There are two inlet and outlet nozzles for the condensate pipe next to it. The water tank uses imported high-quality water pumps as circulating power, which solves the problem of uneven warm water and enables the instrument to achieve high temperature control accuracy and water uniformity requirements.

3、 Usage of Super Constant Temperature Circulating Water Bath

This instrument uses a 220V AC power supply. Please ensure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 6A before use and that it has a safety grounding device (please connect the grounding device to the working room when using).
When adding water, please note that the distance from the top cover plate should not be less than 80mm (for super constant temperature water bath). Soft water must be used, distilled water must be used, and hard water such as well water, river water, spring water, etc. should not be used to prevent the heating tube from bursting and affecting the constant temperature sensitivity. (Please plug in the instrument socket first, then plug in the power socket)
First, turn on the power, turn on the circulating water pump, turn on the temperature control switch, and the display changes from 99.9 to the actual temperature inside the instrument container. Press the "SET" button to make the digital tube to the right of the decimal point on the display flash. At this point, set the desired preset temperature, press ▲ to increase the number, and press ▼ to decrease the number. Press the "SET" button again, and the data will be displayed as the actual temperature inside the instrument container. If the temperature inside the instrument container is significantly different from the displayed temperature, make the following adjustments: long press the "SET" button, when the display shows "E 1.5", release it (E 1.5 is the advance control, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory, please do not adjust it by yourself), then press the "SET" button again, a numerical display will appear (there are no English letters at this time), press ▲ to increase the temperature, press ▼ to decrease the temperature (for example, if the actual temperature inside the instrument container is greater than the displayed temperature, the deviation between the two needs to be ▲), and calibrate until the end. Press the "SET" button again, and it will display "P 2.0" (P 2.0 is a proportional band that has been adjusted before leaving the factory, please do not adjust it yourself). Press' SET 'again to display the temperature inside the instrument container. The 'OUT' light indicates that the preset temperature is higher than the temperature inside the instrument and is in a heating state.

To quickly lower the studio temperature, please turn off or adjust the digital temperature setting index. Connect one end of the external latex tube to the cold water or tap water condensation nozzle, and connect the other end to the water tank with a latex tube for circulating cooling. The water in the water tank will quickly condense.

4、 Precautions

1. Before use, please read the instructions carefully and remember to close the water nozzle before adding water to the water tank to the water level line, and then turn on the power.
2. Set the digital temperature display, turn on the power switch to raise the temperature of the water tank, cover the water tank cover, wait for the water temperature to reach the desired value, turn on the circulation power switch, and the water in the water tank will circulate evenly to the indoor temperature.
3. The water level should not be too high to prevent experimental errors caused by water overflow.
4. If rapid cooling is required, there are two water nozzles next to the control box, one of which enters the condensate water (ice making water or tap water), and the other enters the outlet water tank (using latex pipes) to assist in lowering the temperature at that time.
5. To extend the service life of the instrument, please be careful not to let the control box get damp and prevent electrical leakage.
6. The instrument is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of manufacture (any human error or improper use will incur production costs), with lifelong maintenance.
7. After use, please drain all the water (water outlet), wipe it clean with a dry cloth, and place it in a ventilated and dry place.
