Product Introduction
A forced circulation pump operates by utilizing the horizontal thrust generated by the rotation of the impeller along the pump axis, hence it is also known as a horizontal axial flow pump. Mainly used in industries such as diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, lactic acid, calcium lactate, alumina, titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium chlorate, sugar production, molten salt production, papermaking, and wastewater for evaporation, concentration, and cooling. To improve equipment production capacity and increase the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchangers for forced circulation. Therefore, it can also be called an axial flow evaporative circulation pump.

1. Installation position: The ground foundation (elastic support can be configured according to user needs) is directly suspended on the evaporator.

The main materials used for flow passage components such as pump body, impeller, rear cover, shaft seal box, shaft sleeve, shaft protection sleeve, throttling ring, impeller cover, etc. are 1Ci13Ni9Ti, 316, 316L, ZG20 #, C4 steel CD4MCu、 Materials such as Monel alloy, Hastelloy C-276, 904L, titanium alloy, and heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel are available for selection under different working conditions.
STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
The evaporation circulation pump produced by our company has a cantilever structure and is installed horizontally. Some specifications have absorbed the characteristics of advanced foreign products, and therefore have the following characteristics:
1. Slow speed type: meets the requirements of crystallization process and runs smoothly.
2. Excellent hydraulic performance, with a 5% increase in efficiency compared to Type II of the same model, a wide high-efficiency zone, and good anti cavitation performance.
3. The shaft seal structure fully considers user requirements:
Combination mechanical seal: The friction material used is high-performance wear-resistant material, with a long service life, and the combination seal is easy to maintain.
Packing seal: There are two types of packing boxes: single packing box and double packing box. Considering the situation of the evaporator, our company has specially designed for users that the packing can be replaced without removing the evaporator material (this technology was transferred from Gul Pump Company by our company). Both mechanical seal and packing seal can be set in conjunction with the impeller.
4. It is easy to change the direction of the pump inlet and outlet: users only need to reverse the impeller and change the pump direction, as well as the direction of the pump inlet and outlet.
5. High reliability: A guide air chamber is installed at the cantilever end of the shaft to reduce shaft deflection.
6. Water cooled bearing seat: There is a water-cooled jacket at both ends of the bearing, which is lubricated with thin oil and has a long service life.
7. The HJX III impeller has excellent anti cavitation performance and can operate normally even at an absolute pressure of 0.05 MPa.
