Product Overview
The development of this product is aimed at the establishment of a complete testing platform for manufacturers and the application of automation technology in the future. These are all very practical. For the application of primary and secondary fusion detection equipment, project development, this product is the first of its kind in China in terms of function, voltage, current secondary value, angle, frequency, and harmonic output, fault state simulation. Due to its use of linear power amplifiers, it has high accuracy and good stability, and is also suitable for the calibration, verification, and repair of AC ammeters below level 0.5; It can also be used as a high stability testing power supply to calibrate AC ammeters, clamp meters, multimeters, etc. below level 0.2 for testing!
At present, the installation and maintenance of primary equipment in substations and power plants require checking the polarity of each CT and the correctness of the secondary side circuit wiring installation by passing current through the primary side of the current transformer. In the past, a common high current generator (based on the principle of voltage reduction and current rise) was used on the primary side of the current transformer to conduct phase separated input current experiments. In order to improve work efficiency and facilitate the use of three-phase AC experimental devices, the three-phase AC experimental device can be used like a relay protection tester, injecting voltage, current, variable frequency, and adjustable angle from one injection. The control circuit includes a waveform generation circuit, a multiplier circuit, a feedback circuit, and a current transformer. Waveform generation circuit, used to generate sine wave AC signals with adjustable frequency and angle; A multiplier circuit is used to multiply the first waveform signal input from the waveform generation circuit with the second waveform signal input from the feedback circuit and output it to the IGBT drive circuit; Feedback circuit is used to preprocess the current output from the current transformer collected by the current transformer to obtain a second waveform signal. By using a waveform generation circuit, a sine wave signal with adjustable frequency and angle is generated and input into the multiplier circuit. At the same time, the feedback signal is preprocessed and input into the multiplier circuit, where it is multiplied with the sine wave signal and output to the IGBT drive circuit to drive the IGBT to control the output current of the step-up transformer. This enables precise control of the output current and adjustable frequency and angle (phase). (The above products can be modified according to functional requirements)
