Conduct a temperature rise test on the generator for 1-2 hours, with a DC current of 5000A, a DC output voltage of 12V, a capacity of 60KVA, and 2 wires of 4000 square meters each
The 5000A fully automatic current generator adopts PLC and Weilun industrial control screen as the control system to achieve fully automatic high current detection equipment. This generator can achieve a 5000A current output and export the collected data to CSV files for easy analysis and processing on a computer. The equipment has comprehensive protection measures and can achieve long-term unmanned testing. The test time can be set arbitrarily, from 0 seconds to 20 hours
● Automatic timing function, when controlled automatically, the timing starts automatically. When the timing time is up, the test results are displayed and the equipment automatically returns to zero position;
● Manual timing function, when manually controlled, the timer can be manually started, and when the test time is up, the equipment will automatically return to zero position;
● Manual control mode, similar to traditional electric up/down mode, where the increase/decrease of current is controlled by buttons, and the equipment automatically determines the upper/lower limit. It has functions such as overcurrent protection, and the entire test process is manually controlled and operated as needed;
Manual mode current holding function, when reaching a certain current value, press the hold button, and the computer will automatically control the current at the current value.
Equipped with a stop/emergency button, which can be manually reset;
Intelligent control of current rise and fall speed, when the current approaches the target current, the rise speed will automatically slow down;
The data export function allows device data to be stored on a computer for further processing through a USB flash drive.
When overcurrent or other faults occur, the protection is immediate, accurate, and reliable;
Adopting a combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology, the performance is stable, the anti-interference ability is strong, and there will be no abnormal phenomena such as crashes, black screens, and screen flickering during the test.
