1. Basic configuration

The HL-731 incoming backup self switching device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is suitable for the backup power supply self switching and measurement and control of incoming switches. The system schematic diagram is as follows. During normal operation, a busbar has two incoming lines, one in operation and one standby.

communication

   The communication card of the device supports multiple communication interfaces, and users can choose high-speed RS485 according to their engineering needs CAN。

Working principle

The device introduces bus voltage and incoming line voltage for voltage and non voltage discrimination. The bus voltage setting, bus non voltage setting, incoming line voltage setting, and incoming line non voltage setting can all be independently adjusted.

To prevent the misoperation of the incoming switch caused by PT three-phase disconnection, each incoming switch introduces a phase current, and the no current setting can be adjusted.

The device introduces 1DL and 2DL switch position contacts as system operation mode discrimination, automatic charging, and automatic switching mode selection.
