The HL3-2A series low-noise energy-saving mixed flow fan is a new type of fan that is between axial and centrifugal fans. It has the characteristics of high pressure of centrifugal fans, high flow rate of axial fans, high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise, and easy installation. This series of ventilation fans is designed with a new type, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy installation, and can save 20% of electricity compared to old centrifugal fans. When the speed is less than 2000r/min, the noise is less than 75dB (A). When the fan is connected to the pipeline and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB (A). Can replace medium and low pressure centrifugal fans below 200Pa, widely used in industrial and civil building ventilation and dust removal.
1、 Structural features
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor and other components. The impeller is welded onto the hub using twisted flat plates with meridian acceleration characteristics. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected as a whole with a soundproof fan. The outlet is equipped with flow deflectors, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
2、 Purpose:
The HL3-2A series mixed flow ventilation fan is widely used for ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust in underground tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories, mines and other places. The gas temperature transported by the HL3-2A series fan shall not exceed 80 ℃. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained are not equal to 150mg/m3. Explosion proof mixed flow fans can be used in special environments.
