HLF-6Series mixed flow fan case

The HLF-6 series mixed flow fan case is designed and produced to meet lower noise requirements. It has the advantages of low noise, small vibration, and beautiful appearance. This series of fan cases adopts PYHL-14A and HL3-2A low-noise mixed flow fans with good aerodynamic performance. The box body is assembled with a frame and a box board. The box board is made of high-quality aluminum zinc plated plate, the inner layer is galvanized sound-absorbing microporous plate, and the interlayer is high-temperature sound-absorbing cotton. The whole machine can reduce noise by about 3-8dB (A).

The HLF-6 series mixed flow fan box is divided into two types: fire smoke exhaust type and ventilation type. The smoke exhaust type is the PYHL-14A mixed flow fan box, which can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280 ℃ medium temperature, and can operate continuously for 20 hours/time without damage under temperature conditions of 100 ℃. It can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust. The ventilation type is HL3-2A mixed flow fan enclosure, which can be used for ventilation and air exchange.
