The HLS insulation jacket small caliber single seat regulating valve is one of the CV3000 series products.

The HLS insulation jacket small caliber single seat regulating valve is suitable for occasions that require insulation. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature or the fluid temperature decreases, causing an increase in viscosity or solidification of the fluid, a steam insulation jacket device is added at the valve body and upper valve cover to meet the process control requirements of the process medium.

The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring thin film actuator, which has a compact structure and high output force.

This product complies with the GB/T4213-92 standard.

Nominal diameter: 20mm, 25mm

Nominal pressure: ANSI 150, 300 JIS 10, 16, 20K PN1.6, 4.0MPa

Connection type: flange sealing surface type FF RF、RJ、LG、MFM

Flange standard: JIS B2201-1984、JB/T79.1-94(PN1.6MPa)、JB/T79.2-94(PN4.0、6.4MPa)、ANSI B16.5-1981、HG20594-97、HG20618-97 etc.

Materials: cast steel (ZG230-450), cast stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, ZG316L), titanium, etc

Upper valve cover: normal temperature type (P) 0~+230 ℃ elongation type I (EI) 0~+566 ℃

Note: The working temperature should not exceed the allowable range of various materials.

Cover type: bolt compression type

Packing: PTFE impregnated asbestos packing, asbestos woven packing, graphite packing
