Structure:The HMC type pulse single machine dust collector mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, flap valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box body adopts a welded structure. The maintenance door is sealed with rubber strips.

Working principle

The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber through the ash hopper (or lower open flange), and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dusty gas is filtered through a filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas is then discharged into the atmosphere through the bag mouth and into the clean air chamber by a fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro differential pressure controller) outputs a signal. The programmable controller starts working, opening the pulse valves one by one, allowing compressed air to blow and clean the filter bag through the nozzle, causing the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin), and the dust is discharged through the flap valve. Spray blowing only cleans the filter bags one by one, and other filter bags that are not sprayed are still filtered normally without stopping the fan.
