Principle of HNRD-8000 microcomputer automatic ignition point tester:
Heating the sample at a heating rate in the air flow, as the temperature rises, the temperature of the carbon sample suddenly increases, exceeding the temperature of the air flow entering the carbon layer until the temperature at which the carbon suddenly ignites, at which point the temperature is the ignition point.
Measurement range:
The microcomputer ignition point measuring instrument is designed according to the standard GB7702.9-2008, which includes the principle, measurement steps, and calculation results for determining the ignition point of coal granular activated carbon. It is suitable for use in coal granular activated carbon ignition point measuring instruments.
Function Introduction of HNRD-8000 Microcomputer Automatic Ignition Point Tester:
The microcomputer activated carbon ignition point tester is an instrument and equipment developed according to the standard GBT7702.92008. The instrument and equipment are automatically controlled by microcomputer software to detect the reference ignition point of granular activated carbon and flowing air. Automatically and accurately obtain the ignition point and print out and save the process curve and results.
Instrument usage location:
The instrument consists of a controller, an air purifier, and a furnace body. The instrument should be installed in a dry, clean, and smoke free air source environment, with a relative humidity of less than 5% at temperatures between 0-30 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius. The power supply voltage should be 220V (1 ± 10%) V.
Preparation of samples:
Take 35ml of the selected sample using the quartering method, place the sample into the test sieve, and remove the carbon content from the sample according to the provisions of GB/T7702.2 for later use.
Fill the screened sample into a copper tube to 25mm, insert the thermocouple into the small hole on the upper thermocouple bracket, and insert it into the carbon layer. Tighten the fixing bracket screw at one-third of the distance. Then insert the furnace thermocouple into the copper tube furnace body.
Turn on the air pump and blow the carbon layer with dry and clean air at a flow rate of 2L/min. Start the experiment, sequentially open the controller, open the software, and begin the experiment. Turn off the controller power until the experiment is completed. The experimental results, including the experimental graphics, are displayed on the computer screen.
Characteristics and usage of HNRD-8000 microcomputer automatic ignition point tester:
Activated carbon ignition point equipment, with each sample placed inside the skull and 2 thermocouples measuring the K value of coal sample temperature. The controller is used to control the heating temperature from 0 to 700 degrees, display the experimental time, furnace body and coal sample temperature, and direct the measurement data to the computer for data reception Store and analyze, obtain the detonation point temperature and save it for easy query, and print it for easy query and printing.
