
The pressure sensitive element of HPM1500 sputtering thin film pressure transmitter adopts sputtering technology, and a "micrometer" level resistive film is made by molecular bonding on the 17-4PH stainless steel diaphragm directly acted by the pressure medium. Then, the required Wheatstone bridge is fabricated through microelectronics technology to form a fully metallic sensitive component, without any adhesive or moving parts, and without the need for sealed or oil filled chambers. Therefore, it has the characteristics of being suitable for harsh environments and long-term stable operation. This product is widely used in various automation and measurement industries such as aviation, aerospace, transportation, engineering machinery, water conservancy and power, petrochemicals, generator sets, metallurgical manufacturing, medical equipment, food processing, etc.
Both elastomers and strain materials are metallic materials, and sputtering technology replaces adhesive technology, resulting in no creep, no aging, and good temperature characteristics
