The HRS-150 Rockwell hardness tester is a semi-automatic hardness measuring instrument that can be used to determine the Rockwell hardness values of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, non-metallic materials and products.
The spindle system adopts a frictionless spindle structure, and the application of initial testing force is controlled by an electromagnetic brake, thereby improving the accuracy of the initial testing force.
The application, maintenance, and removal of total test force have been automated, eliminating errors caused by manual operation.
The automatic digital display of hardness values can completely avoid operator reading errors.
The random printer can print out the measured hardness values and data processing results.
