1、 Definition
The hot wire tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB5169.10-2017 "Fire hazard testing for electronic and electrical products - Part 10- Basic test methods for hot wires - Hot wire devices and general test methods" and 4706.1. The hot wire tester heats a specified material (Ni80/Cr20) and shape of electric wire (Φ 4 mm nickel chromium wire) with a large current to the test temperature (550 ℃~960 ℃ for 1mi), and then burns the test sample vertically at a specified pressure (0.95 ± 0.1N) for 30 seconds. The fire hazard of the finished electrical and electronic equipment is determined based on whether the test sample and the substrate ignite or hold on for a certain period of time; The determination of ignition properties, ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability and flammability index (GWFI) of solid insulation materials and other solid combustible materials is also applicable to the insulation materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible material industries.
2、 Product functional features

1. Adopting a single-chip microcomputer+touch screen control, a high-precision temperature gauge independent electronic control system, solves the problem of PLC system's inability to achieve actual digital to analog conversion accuracy while improving anti-interference ability. Adopting microcomputer control is more precise.

2. Start, timing, exhaust, lighting, and heating are all implemented on the touch screen;After the completion of a set of experiments, the device automatically pops up the save button, and only the save name needs to be edited; All saved data can be queried in historical data
