HTCG-200 Intelligent Coal Mercury Analyzer
HTCG-200 Intelligent Coal Mercury Analyzer
Product details
Product principle:
Mercury atomic vapor vaporized at room temperature emits fluorescence upon exposure to resonance radiation at 253.7nm emitted by a low-pressure mercury lamp. The fluorescence is focused on a photomultiplier tube by a condenser to achieve photoelectric conversion. After the photoelectric flow is amplified, the data is processed by a microcontroller. The digital display and printer can simultaneously provide the final test results of the sample. It can accurately determine trace mercury in coal, natural water, food, soil, and biological samples, especially suitable for environmental monitoring departments, food hygiene, quality supervision and inspection departments at all levels.
Instrument features:
A microcontroller data processing system and printer printing function have been designed in the instrument, and customer commonly used working curve method and one point method software have been developed to automatically calculate linear correlation coefficients, regression curve equations, and sample test results. The introduction of the one point method has increased the pass rate of mercury standard assessment samples to 95%, improving the cost-effectiveness of the instrument.
Automatic introduction of reducing agent and discharge of waste liquid, fully enclosed gas path, shielded excitation area with inert gas to prevent fluorescence quenching, and improve instrument sensitivity and stability.
