The HTFC (DT) series fire ventilation (dual-use) low-noise cabinet centrifugal fan box is a high-efficiency, low-noise box type centrifugal fan. The A-type product undergoes high temperature resistance testing according to GA211-2009 "Test Method for High Temperature Resistance of Fire Exhaust Fans", and has passed the mandatory certification of CCCF by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security. It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 280 ℃ and continuously for 20 hours/time at a temperature of 100 ℃ without damage.

CLASSIFICATION

HTFCs can be divided into four types: HTFC-I, HTFC-II, HTFC-III, and HTFC-IV. Among them, Type I and III are single speed, while Type II and IV are dual speed.

According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the installation needs of users.

According to different requirements for fire protection and ventilation, there are two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are installed outside the box for fire smoke exhaust, while Type B motors are installed inside the box for ventilation and air exchange.

Fans are divided into 13 specifications from 9 # to 40 # according to their machine numbers, with a range of air volume from 1650 to 85000m³/h. The full pressure range is from 180 to 100000 Pa.

According to the speed regulation method, it can be divided into single speed, dual speed, and variable frequency (variable frequency motor+variable frequency controller, stepless speed regulation, it is recommended to lock the frequency between 25Hz~50Hz).

Fans can be customized into explosion-proof types according to environmental requirements.

Fans can be widely used in ventilation and smoke exhaust places such as high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, sports halls, underground garages, etc. It is a preferred series for pipeline pressurization, air supply and exhaust, ventilation and air exchange in high-rise or general buildings. PYHL-14A can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust.

Processing technology

The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal, all produced in molds, using riveting, biting and other methods to ensure a clean and smooth surface. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G4.0 level.

The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go (aluminum alloy profile frame can also be used according to user needs). The box plate is made of aluminum zinc plated board, with a clean and beautiful surface, strong corrosion resistance, and a high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing board as the interlayer, which can further reduce noise. The inner layer is galvanized sound-absorbing micro perforated board. The product can be disassembled and assembled on site.
