1. The heating device adopts a bowl shaped far-infrared ceramic vessel suitable for round bottom flasks, with high thermal radiation efficiency and low power consumption, and a single hole heating power of ≤ 400W;
The heating area is equipped with insulation design to prevent heat loss and ensure uniform and stable heating of the sample;
The heating system should be designed with micro boiling and full boiling control modes, automatically controlling the heating rate according to different sample boiling points to ensure stable distillation experiments and controllable sample boiling phenomena;
The host includes a built-in cooling water tank (approximately 30L) and a cooling circulation system (compressor refrigeration) that is integrated as a whole,
The host is equipped with a rotary flow meter that can adjust the nitrogen flow rate through a single hole, with a flow rate control range of 60-600ml/min;
The distillation endpoint control unit adopts pressure sensor control technology, which can independently set the volume or weight of the distillate in each well, realizing intelligent distillation operation with a range of 1-500ml;

To improve distillation efficiency, the steam area and cooling area should be designed separately, with the steam chamber located outside the cooling water chamber and using double-layer vacuum technology. The upper part of the condenser tube should be equipped with a grinding plug for easy cleaning of the condenser tube.
