1、 Overview

The HXG mechanical grid cleaning machine (trash trap) is a specialized water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shapes of debris in fluids. It is a device designed for solid-liquid separation and is currently one of the advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China. It is widely used in urban sewage treatment. The water supply industry, power plant inlet, and can also serve as front-end screening equipment in various industries' wastewater treatment processes. This mechanical grille product has passed the product certification of the State Environmental Protection Administration twice in 1996 and 1999.

2、 Equipment composition:

The environmental protection equipment mainly consists of a drive mechanism, a frame, a transmission mechanism, a toothed rake chain traction mechanism, a slag scattering mechanism, electrical control and other systems. The gate gap is selected based on the amount of excess water, lifting height, total amount of solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Rake teeth made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel can be selected according to user needs; The main frame is made of stainless steel material and carbon steel anti-corrosion material.

3、 Working principle:
The motor and reducer drive mechanism are installed on the left or right side of the upper part of the frame. The sprocket on the output shaft of the reducer drives the active sprocket of the chain rake traction mechanism to rotate. The role of the driven sprocket is to tension the rear of the rake chain installation frame, which is pulled back by the chain installed with the toothed rake, thereby driving the toothed rake installed between the two traction chains to rotate together. Each rake tooth is inserted into the gap of the grid bar. When the intercepted dirt rake is sent to the upper limit position of the frame, the toothed rake flips with the chain direction, and the dirt on the toothed rake automatically falls into the garbage truck or other transportation facilities and is transported away. At the same time, a pair of rubber plate brushes are set up to clean each row of rakes passing through here, completing a cleaning cycle.
