HYDRAcap®Ultrafiltration process is a water treatment technology with higher filtration accuracy, which can effectively remove bacteria, viruses, macromolecular organic matter, colloids, and particulate matter. It has the characteristics of anti pollution, low dosage of chemicals, high water recovery rate, and small station area. HYDRAcap®The membrane module has obtained certification from the California Department of Health (DHS) for its effectiveness in removing pathogenic microorganisms, with removal rates of over 4Log for viruses, cryptosporidium, and flagellates.
HYDRAcap®Characteristics of ultrafiltration membrane technology
The membrane material is hydrophilic polyether sulfone (PES), which has good pollution resistance
The cutting molecular weight is 150000 daltons, and the separation pore size is about 25nm
● Oxidation resistant agent, acid and alkali resistant range up to pH 2-13
Hollow membrane fibers have high mechanical strength, with a cumulative fiber breakage rate of less than one thousandth over five years
Internal pressure membrane structure, smooth raw water flow channel, less prone to fouling and blockage, easy to clean
Unique water production center pipe structure, reasonable water flow distribution, can significantly extend the service life of membrane fibers
The component has only three pipe openings, which is 1/4 less than the traditional component with four pipe openings, saving pipelines and improving system reliability
