Application of HYXY-150 Rotary Compactor

The rotary compactor is used to simulate and reproduce the real compaction situation during on-site paving operations, in order to determine the compaction performance of asphalt. Evaluate the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixtures to provide support for the design, quality control, and testing of asphalt mixtures.

The HYXY-150 rotary compactor is a product independently developed by asphalt equipment. It absorbs advanced technologies from various rotary compactors, learns from others' strengths, and makes the product superior in technology and performance. The equipment adopts high hardness steel as the frame to ensure angle control. Through PID algorithm, pressure control is achieved. Linear displacement sensors measure height, and rotational motion is generated by a high-precision centrifugal system. Simple settings can ensure constant rotation angle and accuracy.

This machine complies with the SPERPAVE standard of the Federal Bureau of Works (FHWA) and can operate reliably under given compaction pressure and rotational compaction angle conditions.

The machine adopts Siemens PLC from Germany as the core of the control system, which has complete protection functions and the ability to work in complex working environments.

The machine uses a 7-inch industrial touch screen as the human-machine dialogue platform, with a clear and visible interface and simple setting of operating parameters.

This machine is designed and produced with reference to imported equipment, and its pressure device, sensors, bearings, and other important original components are all original imported products.

This machine has been tested by units such as the Highway Engineering Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, and the test results are consistent with similar imported equipment, with stable performance. It is believed that this product can replace similar imported products.

The loading method is electric push rod, which has a fast response speed.
