1、 Overview of Intelligent Full Temperature Oscillators:
The intelligent full temperature oscillator (full temperature air shaker) is a high-precision biochemical instrument that combines a temperature controlled incubator (0-60 ℃) with a large capacity oscillator. The incubator is equipped with lighting devices for easy observation, and a circulating fan is added inside the incubator to force air circulation, resulting in a more uniform temperature distribution and better experimental results. It has two specifications: illuminated and unlit. This intelligent full temperature oscillator is widely used in laboratories of biological genetic engineering, medicine, agriculture, forestry, environmental science, animal husbandry, aquaculture and other departments.
2、 Characteristics of intelligent full temperature oscillator:
Imported stainless steel plate is used in the tank, which is resistant to aging and corrosion. The intelligent full temperature oscillator adopts high-performance microcontroller control, touch buttons, and a large window blue screen LCD display on the panel, which can simultaneously display clock, temperature, and speed; Adopting a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue format, online menu inquiry, intuitive observation, and simple operation. It has the function of long-term storage and memory of programming parameters, and can continue the original working state even during power outages, shutdowns, and restarts, thus ensuring the continuity of measurement and control work. Equipped with an over temperature alarm to ensure the safety of the experimental substance.

4、 Instructions for use:
1. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, and the environment should be kept clean, tidy, ventilated, and dry.
3. Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the minimum position and turn off the "oscillation switch".
4. Packaging test bottles: ① Pay attention to uniform distribution. ② Pay attention to sealing the bottle mouth. ③ Prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the test bottle.
5. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.
6. Temperature control:
① Turn on the power and the self-test will end in about one minute. If "000" is displayed, it indicates that the sensor is open or the input signal exceeds the measurement range.
② Press the SET key to set the temperature. Press the SET key until the data in the lower row of the convergence tube flashes, indicating that the instrument has entered the temperature setting state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, press the ▽ key to decrease the set value, and then press the SET key again to return to the normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.
③ When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. After selecting parameter SC, use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range of correction for sensor errors is+50 to
-50. After the correction is completed, press the SET key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent the instrument that displays correctly from being corrected to incorrect.
④ The self-tuning function of the instrument: This product can adapt to the vast majority of control systems, and can only start self-tuning when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory. Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument, select the parameter At, and use the △ or ▽ button to start self-tuning. At this time, the At indicator light starts flashing, and the instrument enters the automatic tuning parameter working state. The instrument controls the heating system to fluctuate twice near the set point. When the At light goes out, self-tuning ends, and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip.
7. Turn on the oscillation switch, the indicator light will turn on, slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.
8. After completing the work, set the temperature control button and speed control knob to the minimum value and cut off the power.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
2. The instrument should have good grounding to prevent accidents. It is strictly prohibited for various solutions to enter the host room to avoid damaging the host.
3. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
