Fresh fruits and vegetables, canned and frozen products: Cut the edible part of the sample into small pieces, mix well (frozen products must be thawed in advance), weigh 250g, accurate to 0.1g, put it into a high-speed tissue grinder for crushing, and use two layers of mirror paper or gauze to extrude the homogenate juice for measurement.
Sauce based products: For sauces, jellies, etc., weigh 25-50g to the nearest 0.01g, place them in a pre weighed beaker, add 100-150mL of distilled water, stir well with a glass rod, heat on an electric heating plate to boiling, gently boil for 2-3 minutes, cool to room temperature, weigh again to the nearest 0.01g, and then filter through filter paper or a Buchner funnel. The filtrate is used for measurement.
Dried products: Cut the edible part of the sample into small pieces, mix well, weigh 10-20g, accurate to 0.01g, put it into a weighed beaker, add 5-10 times distilled water, soak on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, and occasionally stir with a glass rod. Remove the beaker, let it cool to room temperature, weigh accurately to 0.01g, and filter.
