5. The power head spindle adopts precision drilling machine electric spindle, driven by variable frequency and servo spindle motor, and can be infinitely adjusted according to needs. The spindle can be clamped with a drill bit or milling cutter through an ER32 chuck, and the swing of the drill bit can be controlled at 0.002, achieving higher accuracy and high-speed cutting.

6. The machine tool adopts water cooling and is equipped with a coolant supply, recovery, and circulation system, as well as an automatic oil lubrication system to ensure the smooth, long-term, and effective operation of the linear guide and ball screw.

7. The CNC adopts the professional drilling, milling, and carving system of Zhongweixing, equipped with RS232 interface and color display screen, Chinese operation interface, and can input workpieces on-site/externally via USB. It is easy to operate and equipped with a fully digital high-speed handwheel, making your operation more convenient and fast.

8. The machine tool is equipped with protective covers for the x and y axis guide rails and lead screws. The X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with accordion style protective covers.

9. In order to ensure the reliability of the machine tool, all key components are made of imported high-quality products.
