ESPA1-4040Performance characteristics and specifications of ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis membrane
ESPA1-4040 membraneThe component developed by Heideneng Company is designed for water sources such as surface water and groundwater with low to medium salt content. It can achieve the same high water flux and desalination rate as conventional low-pressure membranes under low operating pressure conditions. Its operating pressure is about 2/3 of the operating pressure of conventional low-pressure composite membranes, and the desalination rate can reach 99.5%. Due to low operating pressure, high water production, and high desalination rate, the economic benefits are significant.
ESPA1-4040Membrane components are suitable for desalination treatment of surface water, groundwater, tap water, municipal water and other sources of drinking water with a salt content of less than 2000ppm. They are mainly used in seasons or regions with low inlet water temperature to obtain more water production.
Main uses: beverage water, purified water production, boiler supply water, food processing and pharmaceutical production water.

★matters needing attention:
The water production listed in the table is the average value, and the error of water production for a single membrane element is within ± 15%.
The testing conditions are not optimal for use. Please consult our technical personnel for specific details.
Membrane components are equipped with pressure vessels with a nominal inner diameter of 4 inches.
Before starting the RO system, the system pre-processing and debugging, membrane element filling, instrument calibration, and other system testing should be completed.
The inlet water of the membrane element should gradually increase the pressure, and the time for the pressure to reach the normal operating state should not be less than 60 seconds.
The newly installed membrane should be rinsed at low pressure for at least two hours before discharging the RO pure water.
Be careful to avoid creating back pressure on the water side of the product.
All membrane components undergo strict testing before leaving the factory, and are stored and treated with Heideneng's protective solution. They are vacuum packed and packaged in cardboard boxes.
During storage and operation, it is prohibited to add any chemical agents that may affect the membrane components. Please refer to the new version of the technical manual and design guidelines from Heideneng Company, or consult with membrane technology experts.
If the customer fails to operate according to the standard process, Heideneng Company will not bear the consequences arising therefrom.
Due to technological improvements and product updates, product information may change at any time without prior notice. Please pay attention to the new product information of Heideneng Company.
