Ink Introduction

This high alcohol resistant ink is suitable for screen printing and pad printing on various injection molded hard rubber products or sheet surfaces such as ABS, acrylic, HIPS, PC, PVC, etc.

Main applications

Various key characters. (such as computers, calculators, keyboards, mice, etc.)

Ink type

Natural drying or low-temperature baking drying.

Ink performance

Alcohol resistance: 99% ethanol 1000g force back and forth 500 times;

Wear resistance: ordinary rubber with a force of 1000g can be used back and forth 200 times;

SONY special sanding rubber for 100 times.

Dilution

Adjust printing viscosity: A. Screen printing: 3 # solvent (standard), 4 # solvent (slow drying), 5 # solvent (extra slow drying); B. Transfer printing: 2 # solvent (fast drying for transfer printing), 4 # solvent (slow drying). Usually, adding 10-25% dilution solvent to the ink to adjust the viscosity suitable for printing can achieve perfect printing.

Ink security check

This ink has passed third-party HF (halogen), RoHS, and PASS (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon) testing.

clean

Please use 707 mesh washing water or PVC mesh washing water to clean the screen.

Screen type

Please use oil resistant screen printing, and it is recommended to use 250-350 mesh screen printing.
