High end pure water steamer [detailed description]
The material parts of the instrument are made of high-quality quartz glass. Distilled water does not come into contact with any metals. Therefore, the quality of pure water is better.
Pure water distiller Usage
After unpacking the instrument, remove the condenser tube and disinfect it before inserting it into the grinding mouth of the horizontal flask. The outlet of distilled water should face forward. Insert the other end of the rubber tube at the mouth of the water level gauge onto the outlet of the condenser tube, and insert the short rubber tube at the front end onto the outlet of the water level gauge. However, it should be noted that the pipeline is unobstructed. It shall not be higher than the horizontal line at the outlet. To avoid affecting the water level inside the distillation flask, a rubber tube is now used to cover the lower inlet of the condenser and connected to the water source. The tap water is the main cooling pipe, and the water level gauge is connected to the horizontal flask. The water level is controlled by the water level gauge, and the cooling water route is self generated. It enters the lower inlet of the secondary cooling pipe, flows into the lower inlet of the primary cooling pipe through the upper outlet, and flows into the water level gauge through the upper outlet. During the initial distillation, the power is turned on, and the primary distillation begins first. The distilled water flows into the secondary distillation flask, and after the water level reaches the desired height (about 1 hour), the secondary distillation power plug is plugged in, and the secondary distillation begins.
The purity of the distilled water has been further improved, with an hourly output of around 2000ml to 2500ml
