GZ100. GZF150 relies on a frequency modulation power supply to modulate the motor frequency into high-speed rotation and drive the eccentric wheel to make circular motion, thereby generating vibration; GZF150-1 transmits vibration to the end cover and even the casing through the raceway, thereby generating vibration. This vibrator has a long service life, high efficiency, large amplitude, strong excitation force, no loss of vibration phenomenon, compact structure, easy to use, few vulnerable parts, and easy maintenance. It can be widely used for concrete compaction construction and other places that require vibration sources. The application scope mainly applies to the prefabrication of large concrete components, such as highway, railway, bridge beams, culvert concrete components, especially T-shaped simply supported beams and I-beams. It is also applicable to the compaction and grouting work of concrete pavement surface.

This high-frequency vibrator has a high excitation frequency (150HZ/S), a large excitation force (12KN), a small amplitude (0.8mm), and a large radiation range (1.5m). It increases the fluidity and plasticity of concrete, improves the compactness of components, and forms quickly, resulting in a significant improvement in quality.

2. Reduce template loss. Due to high vibration frequency and small amplitude, less energy is consumed in the deformation of steel formwork, which prolongs the service life of the formwork.
